New release dates, a new Pokemon game, and more Wii Remote colours announced by Nintendo today
Unfortunately, no huge megatons came from today’s Nintendo Japan retail convergence, not that we really expected anything. Let’s get the boring stuff out of the way first; Nintendo has dated New Super Mario Bros Wii for the 3rd of December and their educational NHK Red-and-White Quiz Battle for the 17th.
More interesting, though, is it seems there is a new Pokemon game for the Wii. Titled PokePark Pikachu’s Great Adventure, it will be out in Japan on the 5th of December. No idea on what this will be as of yet, but some adventure featuring Pikachu would be our guess.
Japan will also get two new Wii Remote colours on the 3rd of December: pink and blue. This is a great time to release new colours, considering New Super Mario Bros Wii is out on the same day.
We’ll have pictures up of the new coloured Wii Remotes as soon as Nintendo updates with some. All of the above is Japan only for now (except for New Super Mario Bros Wii obviously).
