Nintendo is increasing its distribution of Wii units in Japan starting this week, the increase comes just weeks before the high sales period in Japan, which is known as Golden Week. The increase of Wii units is due to the fact that the Wii is sold out every week in Japan and Nintendo sells as many as they can produce. It is unclear how high Nintendo is increasing Wii supplies, but with new manufacturing plants now kicking in, it is probably a lot. So Nintendo, How about increasing DS Lite supply, too?
