With the DSi a manner of days away a spec sheet, most likely from the systems manual, has been released onto the internet. While it contains many facts we already know such as the same resolution but larger screens, the size of the unit and the weight, some other interesting features have been noted. First up, the manual contains the SDHC (SD High Capacity) logo; any device that uses SDHC must have the logo as it is a licensed technology. More inside It also appears that the DSi can support WPA, this doesn’t work retroactively but any new software will support WPA the first of which being the in-built Opera browser and DS menu.
Other small but cools facts include that the console was most likely called Twilight during its development as the console has the model number TWL-001, just as the Wii has REV for its. The DSi charger is not the same as the DS Lites either and youll need a step down converter as the plug is only for 110v which are used only in Japan and America. Battery life across the 4 levels lasts for the following amount of hours in order from brightest to darkest; 3-4, 4-6, 6-9, 8-12 and 9-14.
