Nintendo Australia grants girl a Christmas Wish

Nintendo Australia has given a Taylor Smith a special Christmas by donating a Wii to her. Since birth, she has suffered from the degenerative muscle disease arthrogryposis. The disease means she has no muscles in her arms, which makes everyday tasks that much harder to complete. The family says she never complains about it, instead focusing her energy on doing what she can. This spirit to try new things inspired a family friend to see if she could play the Wii. And she could. The familys friend used four hair ties to attach the Wii Remote to her arm which allows her to fully play the Wii. Her favourite game is Wii Sports Baseball. When Nintendo Australia learnt about Taylor upon receiving a letter from the family friend, they stepped in and donated a system for Christmas. Congratulations to Taylor and to Nintendo Australia.
