Rumours were true: theres a Classic Controller Pro + Monster Hunter Tri bundle on the way and its cheap.
Nintendo Australia this morning is holding its own media summit at Nintendo HQ in Melbourne, and thanks to friend and forum member Mark Serrels live-Tweeting at the event, we’re hearing all the goings on.
Nintendo Australia this morning told the attendees (and confirming our rumour and Capcom’s previous annoucement for Europe) that Monster Hunter Tri will be bundled with a Classic Controller Pro down here in Australia for the sweet price of $99.95. For international readers that’s the standard price of a game down here. No release date has been said yet, nor availability of Classic Controller Pro separately. Which is odd.
Nintendo says this is part of a large TV campaign for the game and a push to retain their loyal fanbase. The event is still happening and we’ll have a official press release for you shortly, no doubt.
