The DSiWare store isnt the best to browse on and Nintendo agrees

The two Nintendo stores, while filled with great content, are a bugger to navigate. Theyre slow, cumbersome and, well, a pain in the butt. Nintendo has recognised this and plans on fixing it for the Nintendo 3DS. During the Nintendo Conference on Wednesday, Nintendo President Satoru Iwata said that the new interface will be "easy and accessible".

Nintendo admits that having the Nintendo Channel and the Shopping Channel split has made it hard to sell things online, so the new store promises to be more streamlined and help people find content.

Not only will your original DSiWare be transferable to the console, youll be able to download any DSiWare you missed out on the DS. The new store will also have the newly announced Game Boy and Game Boy Color games as well as other old titles to be given a new lick of 3D paint. Xevious was one game mentioned as a title to be given the 3D treatment. Dont expect this to come free though, with a higher price to be attached to these games.
