Nintendo Europe has revealed more details about the online enabled Mario Strikers: Charged Football which hits Aussie stores June 7. Possible bad news first, the game will utilize friend codes, however its not known if it will be the universally hated game specific codes or the Wii System codes. In addition, random matches will also be available but they will be region locked. What specific boundaries it will draw remains to be seen.
More Inside But want to play against you American friends? Friend Codes will still allow cross region playing. But moving away from Friend Codes now and onto that fact that youll be able to have two players playing online at once, that means you and your mate at your house can take on your two other mates at their house. Two players online on a single console is something rarely done but is great if done well.
