SNK USA President Ben Herman has spoken to IGN about bringing Neo Geo games worldwide. While being previously announced for Japan in February, this confirmation now means that everyone may get to enjoy the games.
The games are expected to be a tad more expensive than SNES games on the Virtual Console service and SNK are planning release a couple of games a month but they dont intend to release the more popular games like Metal Slug or King of Fighters straight away but rather some of the more elusive Neo Geo titles. They hope to release the games simultaneously world wide and should start appearing mid winter for Australia. But if they do is another thing…
More Inside The question we must ask ourselves though, does worldwide include us Australians? We got shafted with the T16 games, so it might be possible we dont get Neo Geo either. Although, some Neo Geo games have been rated for the old coin operated arcade machines, so I guess we will just wait and see.
