Namco Bandai Games have today announced a new title for the Nintendo Wii – The Munchables. The game is promised to be a quality title for the Wii, and sees players battling the evil Don Onion in a bid to stop him and his vicious band of space pirates from invading the Munchable’s home planets! In their dire situation, the Munchables must defend their kingdom by devouring their enemies to grow large enough and battle against Don Onion himself! More inside. Sure, it sounds a bit, well, weird, but the game does promise some interesting gameplay mechanics and a large variety of enemies (over 150 according to the announcement.) The munchables is due out in America in May 2009, which isn’t too far away, but those outside of the US will just have to go hungry for the while (yes, I just had to make a quip – sorry about that.)
