Miyamoto: E3 is no longer for showing core games

If this years Nintendo conference wasnt proof positive enough, this about proves it. Shigeru Miyamoto has revealed in a new interview that the E3, for Nintendo at least, is no longer about appealing to just the core gamer as it was previously. Miyamoto says Now we look at more an opportunity for us to introduce new concepts and new types of play that we intend to bring to the broader audience, particularly because of the media that gathers at E3 now. More inside But Shiggy also says that while attending an event like this, it may appear that Nintendo is no longer working on many of those titles. Its just not the type of event where they will be showing them anymore. Leipzig anyone?
