According to local retailers both online and offline, Mario Party 8 has been delayed 2 weeks in Australia from the 5th of July back to the 17th. Nintendo Australias site still states the game as the 5th but retailers are often told of delays (or changes to dates) well in advance of the media. Also Nintendo normally doesnt set a games release date unless its concrete so perhaps some last minute changes or translation issues have arisen. Well seek a comment from Nintendo, but it seems you Mario Party fans will just have to wait a little bit longer.
