Mario Kart Wii has made a big splash on the UK charts, debuting at #1 and according to Chart Track, has smashed all previously released games on the Wii by Nintendo. Not only that, but the game is now the 8th fastest selling game in UK history, ever. Sales of Mario Kart Wii were so strong that it out beat the combined one week sales of the previously released Mario games on the Wii. That includes Mario and Sonic, Super Mario Galaxy, Mario Strikers, Super Paper Mario and Mario Party 8. Will Mario Kart have a big impact here on the Aussie charts?
