Wii owners cant really be that picky as to what resolution their games run in – sure we can’t have high definition, but in 2009 you’d expect all Wii games to at least display in 480p (the maximum resolution for the Wii), right? Well, if it bothers you, then MadWorld might just annoy you. According to IGN, the game does not output in 480p, and while it’s not the worst crime in the world, we’re wondering at least why PlatinumGames decided not to. Guess we Aussies can’t complain too much, we’ve been playing in 576i for years! Source: IGN
