The September American sales charts are here, and its a doozy of a month yet again. With not only Metroid Prime 3 being released a couple of days before the month begins, but also, the huge release of Halo 3 on the Xbox 360 has bumped the Wii off the top, selling 527,800 Xbox 360 units compared to 501,000 Wii units. Nintendo America has spoken out about the results too, saying The Wii went up against the self-proclaimed biggest entertainment launch ever and we emerged with our best month of the year.
