Police in Garner, North Carolina in the United States have issued an award to a graffiti vandal. According the Charlotte Observer the word Ghost has been appearing on buildings, streets signs in the city. The police say its not tied to any gang and its most likely a kid having a bit of fun. However it is becoming a major nuisance and the police have issued the following award. If the person doing the vandalism is a minor the police will give the delinquent an Xbox 360, Playstation 3 or a Nintendo Wii as well as $1000US dollars. Not a bad incentive to go mess up your own town, is it?* *Vooks does not approve of graffiti unless its for like 3 Wii’s
