E3 2010: Ubisoft beats Nintendo to the "Vitality Sensor" punch

Instead of waiting for Nintendo to release theirs, Ubisoft went and made their own

We wouldnt ever call it a game but Ubisoft has taken the wraps off "Innergy". Its basically a breathing simulator… thats meant to help you relax. The device, like the Vitality Sensor, clips on your finger and you must breathe in time with the pulse pattern. Ubisoft says "Innergy will help you channel this stress and turn it into positive energy. Learn how to breathe better and control your inner system to react efficiently and lucidly in situations of stress. Innergy is a new generation of game, designed to improve the way you feel and allow you to enjoy life more fully."

This totally sounds like something Nintendo would do, but of course we wont know that until a few short hours away. The game is for the PC, however, and can be used on any computer. I totally dont think the idea behind a breathing simulator is any good – wouldnt you rather breathe for real and not die?
