Moving Memo is finally heading our way, to be known as Flipnote Studio
Nintendo has revealed at their Pre E3 conference that the DSi Ware app formally known as Moving Memo will be heading our way this American Summer. That’s around the middle of the year for everyone else not in America.
Currently available for free on the Japanese DSi Ware shop Flipnote Studio allows you create frame-by-frame flipbook-style animations. You can add sounds to the animations as well and even take pictures from the DSi Camera, but the pictures will be transformed into as if they were drawn. Hopefully the Hatena service also makes it with it so creations can be uploaded and shared on the internet.
We’ll nag Nintendo Australia to find out when this one is coming, we hope we won’t be waiting too much longer after America.
