Component vs Composite Showing the Difference

Component Cables are the hot issue at the moment, they are sold out in the US so much so that we wont get them to the week after Wii launch, so whats the big deal?

Even if you dont have a HDTV, if your TV is component capable and even if it cant run in progressive then its wise investment, the picture quality and colour looks much improved over its composite counterpart. If you want to see for yourself the folks at Gamespot have a great comparison, while it may not look that much different on a small JPG imagine that effect on your TV.
