Codemasters has announced that they are bringing out a sequel to 2007s DiRT, and this time it is heading to the Wii and Nintendo DS along with the 360, PS3, PSP and PC. The game will be named Colin McRae: DiRT 2 with the legendary rally driver headlining the game as a mark of respect to Colin who passed away last year. The name has the blessing of the McRae family. Even when we first worked with him over ten years ago, he captured a freedom and a spirit that enthralled rally fans.. All versions of the game are due out in 2009.
