This week hasnt been favourable for Ataris Alone in the Dark game. With the news that European sites have gotten their hands on copies of the game and reviewed them unfavourably (3/10, 68% for the Xbox 360 versions), Atari jumped on them threatening legal action over the reviews, alleging that the reviews were done on pirated copies of the games. More inside All involved refute this (but yet have not provided evidence). So have Atari threatened these sites because of the low score (Ataris future hinges on this game), or have the sites not gotten their hands on the game early and indeed done the dodge? Expect this mess to deepen as the weekend goes over.
