Activision register ""Guitar Hero Modern Hits"" trademark

Activision have registered themselves a shiny new trademark. Another Guitar Hero title may be in the works, with “”Guitar Hero Modern Hits”" showing up at the US Patent Office on October 3rd. The trademark covers “”downloadable computer game software”" and “”interactive video game comprised of a cartridge or DVD sold as a unit with a video game controller.”" So it may be a separate game entirely. More inside Then again, it could be a set of DLC tracks for the upcoming Guitar Hero: World Tour. If it is not a downloadable set, it certainly begs the question “”Why not?”" Are Activision that determined to milk the franchise for little more than some new tracks and whatnot that could easily be delivered via DLC? (And likely more competitively priced).

Could Activision decide to take the Rock Band AC/DC route and release a standalone track-pack and an add-on DLC pack?
