Activision bringing Little League World Series 2008 to Wii and DS

Activision has announced a new exclusive for the Wii and DS in the form of Little League World Series 2008. The Little League World Series is a baseball tournament for children aged 11 12 and Activision is bringing the game to the Wii with motion controls which they say will be perfect for the whole family. “”Little League baseball fans, players and families simply haven’t had a videogame made just for them, so our goal is to fill this niche,”" said Dave Oxford, Activision Publishing. More inside The game features 8 US teams and eight international teams, character customisation, a World Series mode and various skilled based challenges. The game is due out in August, but no Australian release is confirmed yet.
