3DS Demos finally come to the Australian eShop this week

Resident Evil and Cooking Mama kick off the demo service.

Nintendo Europe has announced that the first retail demos of games will be put up on the eShop later this week. We suspect the games will go up around the same time the weekly download update, which is usually around 1AM Friday on the east coast of Australia (GMT +10). *While the press release from Nintendo Europe doesn’t actually mention Australia, if worst comes to worst you can always change your region to nab the Resident Evil Revelations and Cooking Mama 4: Kitchen Magic [How rad would it be if she was an actual wizard? -Ed].

More demos coming in the future include Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, Rhythm Thief and the Emperor’s Treasure and Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Which one will you download first? I can’t even guess….
