Capcoms cross over fighter is making its way out of Japan- confirmed.
Many thought it would never happen, but Capcom’s crossover fighter ‘Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes’ is heading to North America according to Nintendo Power magazine (scan here). The game which features characters from the Capcom and Tatsunoko universes is a licencing nightmare- not so much the Capcom properties rather the Tatsunoko characters, which are licensed to a range of different companies in America, unlike the single trademark holder in Japan which made the original release easy to license and distribute. Capcom said there would be two big, as-yet unrevealed games they will be showing off at this year’s E3, and this is probably one of them. Which begs the question- whats the other?
