Nintendo sues Nyko over Wireless Nunchuck

In what appears to be a completely bizarre move, Nintendo of America has seen fit to sue Nyko over alleged patent infringements over the design and name of the Kama Wireless Nunchuck. The Wireless Nunchuck has been available for a while now. The Nunchuck which takes away the cord between the Wiimote and Nunchuck is said to wholly appropriates the novel shape, design, overall appearance and even the color and materials used in the Nintendo Nunchuk controller,’. Nyko has come out in response to the suit saying “”We have not knowingly violated anyone’s intellectual property and we’re still examining this. A number of these accessories are on the market at present could more lawsuits follow?
