The latest issue of Nintendo Powr has partially been released on the internet, with details about the return of the classic “”A Boy and His Blob”" franchise being confirmed. The game will alledgedly be a full title (though it’s unknown if it’s a WiiWare title or retail disc-based release) and is currently in development by WayForward, the guys behing the Gameboy Colour classic “”Shantae”" and the recently released WiiWare game, LIT. The game is totally 2D but other than that, nothing more is known at this stage, so we’ll have to wait for Nintendo Power’s latest issue before details are fully unveiled. More inside
It’s worth noting, however, that WayForward’s very recent resume consists of only Nintendo DS games and WiiWare titles, so perhaps it will be a downloadable game after all.
